COFFEE NAPLES STYLE. The system is similar to that for making coffee in the filter but with some important particularity. The Neapolitan coffee is composed of an upper part and a lower simple double-body: two cylinders, the one outside, the other extension with built-in filter. After putting the water in the outer cylinder fits inside the second cylinder after having filled the filter with big ground coffee, then closes by inserting the top, also cylindrical, with its beak. When the water comes to a boil you have to remove the pot from the heat and turn it upside down. The water drops drip, giving an infusion of delicate and soft body.
